Welcome to Vamsa.arc Construction. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Vamsa.arc
We are a sustainable construction company specializing in modular bamboo architecture. Our services include design, fabrication, on-site installation, and project delivery of eco-friendly bamboo structures across India.
2. Scope of Services

• Site visits, consultations, and project planning

• Custom design and structural drawings (if opted)

• Supply of treated bamboo, fasteners, and mechanical joints

• Factory fabrication of modular elements

• On-site assembly and supervision

• Optional add-ons: electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishing

3. Pre-Project Conditions
Before project confirmation:

• Clients must provide clear land/site access details.

• Required government permissions (if any) are the client’s responsibility.

• Soil condition must be declared if special footings are needed.

• Project design and final budget must be approved in writing.

4. Material Quality & Treatment

• All bamboo materials used are industrially treated against insects, rot, and moisture.

• Natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are expected in bamboo.

• We use galvanized steel fasteners and mechanical joints for detachable structures.

• Clients may request certifications or treatment reports if required.

5. Project Timeline & Workflow

• Timelines are estimated based on the scope and complexity of the project.

• Delays due to weather, site access, or third-party vendors are not in our control.

• The workflow usually follows this sequence:

  1. Design & Estimate Approval

  2. 50% Advance Payment

  3. Fabrication at our factory

  4. Delivery & On-site Assembly

  5. Final Inspection and Handover

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure unobstructed site access for vehicles and labor.

• Provide basic utilities (water, electricity) during on-site work.

• Avoid changes to layout after design confirmation to prevent delays or extra charges.

• Be present or assign a representative during handover or inspection.

7. Payment Terms

• 50% advance required to start fabrication.

• 40% payment upon dispatch/delivery.

• 10% final payment after project handover.

• All payments are GST applicable and will be billed under:

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• If canceled after fabrication begins, costs incurred will be deducted.

• No refunds on completed or custom-built structures.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 business days.

9. Post-Completion Service & Maintenance

• A complimentary 1-month post-installation check is provided for structural and joinery stability.

• Natural bamboo may expand/contract based on humidity; we recommend annual inspections.

• Optional AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is available for cleaning, polishing, joint tightening, and sealing.

• Structural warranty (if mentioned in contract) excludes damage due to floods, storms, or vandalism.

10. Design Ownership & IP

• All designs, 3D visuals, and technical drawings remain the intellectual property of Vamsa.arc unless purchased separately.

• Clients are not permitted to reuse or resell our designs without consent.

11. Safety & Liability

• Our teams follow standard safety guidelines while working on-site.

• We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from third-party contractors or misused structures.

• Clients must ensure the structure is not overloaded or altered without structural evaluation.

12. Website Use & Digital Content

• All content on this website, including images and text, is copyrighted.

• You may not copy or redistribute our media or downloadable documents without permission.

13. Amendments & Updates
Vamsa.arc Construction reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on the website or notified via email where applicable.
